Recently, the Take A Load Off Texas (TALOT) website was given a face-lift that provides customers a fresh new design and optimized functionality to explore Oncor’s Energy Efficiency programs.
Many improvements were made to revamp the new site, including accessibility for the impaired, easy navigation, mobile-friendly functionality, a search bar, and Spanish translation. Enhanced features include energy efficiency frequently asked questions and tips, interactive games, social media sharing and a service provider look-up function.
“The TALOT site has proven and continues to be a dedicated and reliable resource by educating consumers and raising program awareness,” India McKnight, Senior Program Manager in Oncor’s Energy Efficiency group, said. “We expect the customers to enjoy the warm feel as they easily navigate throughout the site and gather information on programs and services that are designed to benefit their home and/or business.”
The new site will also give customers the benefits of being able to effortlessly travel through whichever market sector they choose and find particular services they would like to learn more about as well as the specific programs that offer incentives for those services.
